  • White flour: 130 grams
  • Corn starch: 2 tablespoons
  • Rose: 3 to 4 tablespoons
  • Egg: 5 pcs
  • Sugar powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon

How to prepare:

Pour the starch into a suitable container and slowly add the rose to the starch and mix until the starch is completely dissolved, then add the egg yolks and mix well to combine the egg yolks with the ingredients.

Mix white flour and corn flour together and add to the above ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer and pass through a strainer to obtain a clear clear liquid.

Pour a lot of oil into a suitable container and let it heat up well, put the window bread mold in the oil and let it heat up a bit.

Then beat the ingredients so that the ingredients do not get on the mold, then put the mold in hot oil and shake a little to separate the sweets from the mold. Once the sweets are dry in the oil  on a strainer to remove the excess oil, then after cooling, mix the powdered sugar and cardamom powder in a bowl and sprinkle with sieve on the sweets.

Tip: If the window pan is too hot, when you put it in the liquid, the bread liquid will close the window, and if it is cold, it will not close in the bread crumbs, so be careful that the mold has enough heat.
