  • White flour: 600 grams
  • Sugar: 120 grams
  • Baking powder: 1 tablespoon jam
  • Butter: 300 grams
  • Egg yolk: 4 pieces
  • Milk: 4 tablespoons
  • Flat white chocolate: 225 grams

Preparation method:

Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder and add the butter to it and rub it well by hand and stir until it is completely uniform. Beat the egg yolks and milk well with a fork and add to the previous ingredients and knead thoroughly until the dough does not stick.

Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface and knead the dough again. Then divide into three equal parts and put each one in a nylon and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Set the oven to 375 degrees and heat it for 5 minutes.

Spread a piece of dough in a greased pan and place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Then remove from the oven to cool. Next, set the oven to 325 degrees. Pour some water into a frying pan and heat, and pour the chocolate pieces into a bowl and place in water to melt with indirect heat.

After it cools down a bit, mix it well with another part of the dough that you put in the refrigerator, and this time put it in a greased mold, and then divide the third part of the dough into 10 equal parts and Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and shape each of the above pieces into a 20 and 30 cm tube.

Place 5 pieces of tubular dough at a distance of 4 cm from each other on the dough inside the dish horizontally and the other five pieces on these tubes diagonally. Put this cake in the oven for 50 minutes to bake. Then take it out of the oven and wait for it to cool and place it on the previous layer that was baked. If you wish, you can also decorate the cake with chocolate jams and powdered sugar.
