Wheat milk asheh is another famous and tasty type of Iranian soup. The ingredients of this dish are slightly different from other dishes. To prepare it, you have to prepare one of the main ingredients, namely Kerman local milk wheat, separately.

Milk wheat is another local food of Kerman that the people of Kerman like it separately and it is very nutritious and it is added to some foods such as soup and used in their cooking.

Milk wheat is actually obtained from a mixture of wheat and milk with a number of spices, which we will explain to you here. The method of preparing this food is that you put pre-soaked wheat with milk instead of water and boil it While boiling and cooking, you can add all kinds of spices needed such as saffron, turmeric, black cumin, black seed, red pepper or any other spice you like and mix it well with milk and wheat and let it All the milk is steamed and eaten by wheat. At this stage, your milk wheat is ready, which you can use in the same way or add to the soup and experience a new taste of food.

Ingredients:

  1. Meat: 500 grams
  2. Milk wheat: 100 grams
  3. pea: 70 grams
  4. Medium onion: 1 piece
  5. Noodles: To the extent necessary (if desired)
  6. Grinded curd: To the extent necessary
  7. Garlic: To the extent necessary
  8. Mint: To the extent necessary
  9. Salt: To the extent necessary
  10. Turmeric: To the extent necessary
  11. Black pepper: To the extent necessary

Preparation method:

First, chop the meat and put it in a pot and cook it with water until it is half cooked.

Finely chop the onion and fry some.

Then fry the peas with the onion again.

Add turmeric and black pepper to the pot.

After cooking these ingredients, mash the meat and add it to the pot.

Then add the pre-cooked milk wheat to the pot.

After you have mixed all the ingredients together, pour the ground curd on the ingredients of the pot and let it cook for a quarter.

Then add the string and let it open completely (it takes about a quarter of an hour).

After cooking it, add mint, garlic and a little salt to the pot and let the soup sit completely.

How to cook milk wheat:

Grind the wheat by grinding and then sift it to separate the flour.

Then pour the wheat in a saucepan and add some milk, ginger, cumin, black seed, turmeric and black pepper and let the ingredients cook.

After cooking, pour them on a cloth in another pot to dry (you can use it wet for soup or taste the same). Because it is a kind of nutritious food.
