There are different types of pancakes and they are eaten in different meals. Vegetable pancakes are a complete and nutritious appetizer. How to make vegetable pancakes is very easy and takes half an hour. Just chop your favorite vegetables and mix with simple pancakes.
- Large squash: 1 number
- Medium carrot (peeled): 8 number
- Garlic: 3 number
- scallion: 4 branches
- Butter: 50 grams
- High-fat milk: 1 cup
- Chicken eggs: 1 number
- White flour: 1 cup
- Sugar: a tablespoon
- Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Baking powder: one teaspoon
- Oil: To the extent necessary
How to prepare:
Wash all the vegetables, put them in a strainer to remove excess water. Grate the carrots and squash with a coarse grater and the garlic cloves with a fine grater. Chop the parsley and onion with a knife.
After preparing the vegetables, we go to make pancakes. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to allow the temperature to match the environment. In a bowl, mix the white flour with the salt, sugar and baking powder. Break the chicken eggs in another bowl and grab with a fork. Slowly add the melted milk and butter to the chicken eggs and stir until smooth and cohesive. Then pour in the white flour bowl and mix.
Now combine all the vegetables with the pancakes. Add some salt if needed. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour the vegetable pancake batter into the pot. Reduce heat. After the pancake liquid starts to bubble, turn it over so that the other side is cooked. Make pancakes with the rest of the ingredients in the same way. Place the prepared pancakes on top of each other and garnish.
