Vegetable Chocolate Mousse

  • High-fat coconut milk: 415 ml
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp

Preparation method:

Put a small saucepan over low heat to warm. Then add cocoa powder, espresso powder (optional), cocoa butter, salt and a pinch of coconut milk to the pot and mix together. Stir them regularly until the butter melts into the ingredients.

After the butter has melted, pour the rest of the coconut milk into the pot and add to the ingredients. After stirring again, remove from the heat and set aside.

  • Skim milk or coconut cream: 1 can
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
  • Powdered sugar: 1/4 cup

Put the condensed cream or milk in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight or in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour to solidify the milk fat.
