Tuscan Grilled Chicken

Tuscan grilled chicken is a special cooking method for Italians. Once you try this delicious food, you will be a regular fan of this food.


Ingredients :

  • Freshly chopped rosemary: 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 cup
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Salt and pepper: as needed
  • Chicken: one
  • Sour lemon juice: 1 cup

(You can use 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary instead of fresh rosemary)


Preparation method:

Divide the chicken into 8 or 10 parts. Turn on the barbecue or grill.

In a suitable saucepan, pour 1/3 cup water and rosemary and put it on the heat to boil.

After boiling, remove from the heat, cover and leave for 5 minutes. Then pour it into a food processor (blender), add oil and garlic and season it with a little salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients with a food processor until it becomes a puree. Then let it cool.

Pour this mixture over the chickens and soak the chickens in these ingredients and leave them for 15 minutes at room temperature – or better yet in the refrigerator overnight – to make the chickens taste good.

Remove the chicken from the ingredients and place them on the hot grill. While grilling, pour a little fresh sour lemon juice over them and grill them for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve these chickens with grilled and roasted vegetables.
