To prepare this soup, you can use chicken juice or, if you do not have chicken juice, chicken or meat flavoring tablets.
If you have chicken broth that I already had, pour two glasses of chicken broth and two glasses of water into the pot.
If you do not have chicken broth, currently pour only 4 glasses of water into the pot.
Now add Peeled barley to it.
Immediately add the raw celery.
And immediately after that, add the peeled and eaten carrots.
Now leave the lid of the pot half open and let the carrots and celery cook and glaze the flaky barley.
Because it has barley soup, it is better not to close the lid of the pot, because there is a possibility of overflow.
When the carrots and celery are cooked, add the peeled and eaten turnips.
Because turnips cook faster than carrots and celery, we added them to the soup later, because if we put them in the soup together, the turnips will be crushed.
When the turnip is tested, add the soup if it needs salt and pepper, and then add the chopped parsley to the soup.
After another 10 minutes, the soup is ready. Since this soup is very useful for colds, it is better not to be too thick and thin so that you can enjoy it easily.
