Ingredients :

  1. Flour: 2 cups
  2. Salt: As needed
  3. Eggs: 2 pieces
  4. Water: 1 cup
  5. Onion: 2 pieces
  6. Minced meat: 200 grams
  7. Liquid oil: 1 cup
  8. Red pepper and turmeric: as needed
  9. Garlic: 2 pieces
  10. Plain yogurt: 1 cup
  11. Mayonnaise: 1 cup
  12. Water: as needed
  13. Tomatoes: 2 pieces
  14. Parsley: 2 tablespoons

Recipes :

Combine the flour with the eggs and oil, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of yogurt and water and mix well. Knead to get a soft dough. Cover the dough with a cotton swab and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Finely grate the onion and put it all together in a frying pan with the spices as well as the meat, and fry it well in a frying pan with a little oil on a medium heat. When the color of the meat has changed, grate the tomatoes and take some of it in the size of 2 tablespoons and set aside and add the rest of the tomatoes to the meat in a frying pan. Stir a little more and remove from the heat.

Sprinkle a little flour on the work table and take the prepared bread dough and place it on the floured part and knead it a little and open the dough with the help of a rolling pin. Then, with the help of a kitchen knife, divide the dough into small squares. And put it aside.

Take a dough and place the meat ingredients on the bread and roll the bread so that the meat liquid does not come out of the dough. Wrap all the manti bites in the same way and place in a floured place.

Take a pot and pour a little water with salt and oil and put it on the heat until the water boils and then put the manti pieces in boiling water. Allow 15 minutes for your manti to cook.

Mix yogurt and grated garlic with mayonnaise and spices and pour into the desired dish. Slowly remove the cooked mantis from the water and serve in the desired dish and serve with grated tomatoes and chopped parsley with the sauce you have prepared.
