- Turkey: 550 grams
- Spinach: 100 g
- Barley: a quarter cup
- Egg whites: Chicken: 2 pcs
- Chopped celery: 2 pcs
- Garlic: Three cloves
- Half a green bell pepper
- Half a red onion
- Jafari: Half a cup
- Cumin: Half a teaspoon
- Mustard powder: 1 teaspoon
- Thyme: 1 tsp
- Turmeric: half a teaspoon
- Spicy Chili Pepper: Half a teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
Preheat the oven to 350 فار F (175. C).
Finely chop the onion, garlic and celery (or use a food processor) and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add turkey, egg whites, barley and spices to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Make sure there are no spice or barley pellets in the mixture.
