You can prepare tuna salad with parsley and mustard sauce. This food is easy for diabetics to take with them to work and other places.
- Tuna steak: 120 grams
- Chicken eggs: 1 number
- Spinach: 90 g
- Green beans: 60 g
- Broccoli: 50 grams
- Red bell peppers: half a number
- Cucumber: 4 number
- Radish: 1 number
- Large black olives: 3 number
- Jafari: A bunch
- Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard: half a teaspoon
- Pepper: half a teaspoon
Boil the chicken eggs and set them aside to cool.
Steam the broccoli and beans and set aside (2 to 3 minutes in the microwave with a little water or 3 minutes in a bowl of boiling water).
Dip the tuna steak in the pepper on each side and pour it into a frying pan, add a little oil and let it cook on each side for 2 minutes.
Put the spinach in a bowl or plate with which you want to serve the salad.
Cut the bell peppers, cucumbers and eggs into small pieces and add to the spinach.
Chop the radish and add to the broccoli, beans and olives.
Cut the steak and add to the salad.
Mix together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
Chop the parsley and add it to the sauce you made in the previous step.
Use a spoon to add the sauce to the salad.
