- Vegetables (mint, parsley, leek): 1 kg
- Ashi rice: 1 glass
- split pea: 1 glass
- Tomatoes: 500 grams
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Tomato paste: 1 tbsp
- Mint: To decorate as needed
- Salt, pepper and turmeric: to decorate
- Liquid oil: as needed
- Water: as needed
First, wash the rice and split pea and put them in water and let them soak for a few hours.
Peel a squash, grate it and rinse several times with plenty of water. Rinse and chop the vegetables.
Chop the onion and put it on the heat with the pot until golden.
Onions that are well golden, add the grated tomatoes along with the tomato paste as well as the necessary spices to the onion and stir.
Drain the rice and split pea and add them to the ash ingredients in the pot and stir until all the ingredients are mixed together.
After 40 to 50 minutes when the ingredients are combined and cooked, add the vegetables to the mixture in the pot and stir.
After another 30 minutes, serve Tomato Ash Hamedan in the desired dish and decorate with hot mint.
