How to prepare Swedish meatball:
Pour the high-fat milk into a bowl and break the egg.
Pour the pieces of toast into the milk and eggs.

Shake the pan and roll the meatballs in the sauce until completely covered in the sauce.
Put the pan on a low heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce is absorbed by the meatballs.

You can pour the bottom of the dish of chopped parsley.
