To make this simple sugar cookie, first take the butter out of the fridge and let it stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften. Take a large bowl and sift the powdered sugar into it. Then pour 100 grams of softened butter into the bowl. Mix the ingredients in the bowl with an electric mixer for four minutes until the texture is soft and one-handed. Break two eggs and pour one into the bowl. Then add a teaspoon of vanilla. Sift 25 grams of corn flour with 250 grams of plain flour in a separate bowl. Knead the dough a little by hand. Cover the bottom of a large tray with a layer of parchment paper, place the dough on it and flatten it with a rolling pin to a thickness of six millimeters. Cover with a layer of parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After half an hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius to heat.
