Stroganoff mushrooms is a very tasty plant food that is very suitable for people who are on a diet.
- Mushrooms: 400 grams
- Onion: 1 medium
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Meat juice: 1 glass
- Cream: 2 tablespoons
- White flour: 1 tablespoon
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons
- Sour lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese: 1 tablespoon
- Thyme: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and black pepper: as needed
- Turmeric and oil: as needed
How to prepare
To prepare the special Straganoff mushroom, first fry the onion with a little oil in a suitable frying pan to lighten the onion, then mash the garlic and add it to the frying pan and continue frying for another minute.
At this stage, chop the mushrooms into slices and add to the pan. Then we add sour lemon juice so that the color of the mushrooms does not turn black. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes until completely browned.
At this stage, add the flour to the pan and fry it a little to get the raw smell of flour, then add the broth to the pan in three steps and mix the flour continuously to prevent it from becoming lumpy. .
After the flour is completely dissolved in the broth, add the chopped parsley with some salt, black pepper, thyme and turmeric and put the lid on the pan to thicken the sauce and the mushrooms are completely cooked. .
Now take the cream out of the fridge to match the ambient temperature, then after thickening the sauce, add the cream and mix with the other ingredients until the sauce is smooth. At the end, we serve this delicious dish with mashed potatoes.
