- For the biscuit base:
- Biscuits: 200 grams

How to prepare:
To make a Strawberry Cheese cake without oven, pour the biscuits into the food processor until the biscuits are well pureed. Add the melted butter and sugar and mix well to spread evenly.
Take a 20 cm round cutter cutter or belt section of a separate floor cake mold. Cover the bottom with cellophane and place on a flat board or plate that fits in your refrigerator.
Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of the mold. You can use a meat grinder or puree maker to squeeze the mixture well.
Remove the strawberries. Separate the green stems and cut them in half. Cut the strawberries from the sharp end and place them around the ring so that the sharp end is facing up, until you cover the entire inner surface of the ring or pan. You may need to squeeze some strawberries to fit the last piece of strawberry. Refrigerate the mold to make the ingredients smooth and firm.
At this stage of the filling, make the strawberry cake cake without the oven, pour the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice into the mixing bowl and stir until smooth and even.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream until firm and firm. Then carefully spread it on the base of the cake thing and be careful not to move the strawberries.
Pour the remaining strawberries and powdered sugar into the food processor or mix using a fine blender to obtain a soft puree. Then pass the puree through a sieve or strainer and then pour over the strawberry cake. If you feel that it is not very colorful, you can add a few drops of red food coloring to it. Also, add more powdered sugar if the strawberries aren’t sweet enough.
Refrigerate everything from night to morning. The next day, use a cooking lighter to gently separate the ring from the cake pan.
The cake thing is ready to serve, you can also decorate it with strawberries or flowers.
