This is a great vegetarian idea (if you have a problem with eggs, chicken and cheese). These foods are appetizing, tonic and a little spicy for diabetics.
- Frozen spinach: 40 g
- Chicken eggs: 3 number
- Onion : two and a half number
- Carrots: 60 g
- Mozzarella low-fat cheese: 30 grams
- Cottage cheese : 120 g
- Jafari: Three-quarters of a cup
- Garlic: A clove
- Curry: 1 teaspoon
- A quarter teaspoon of chili peppercorns
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1 tsp
- Cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
Melt the spinach ice and squeeze the juice (you can use a strainer.) To speed up the melting process, you can cook the spinach in the microwave for a few minutes.
Pour the spinach, 2 eggs, mozzarella, garlic, half the salt and pepper into a bowl and mix.
Put your parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray the oil with cooking spray. Spread the spinach mixture on the plate and flatten it so that it is half an inch thick.
Cook for 15 minutes. When you have done this, place it on a shelf to cool. This will form a wicker texture. Do not turn off the oven! You need it again.
Chop the onion and parsley and grate the carrots.
Fry the onion in a frying pan for one minute. Add the carrots and parsley to the pan and let it boil for 2 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, curry, red pepper, half salt, pepper.
Turn off the frying pan and add a chicken egg. Mix everything together and spread all the ingredients on the spinach that has now cooled. Do not spread the material around the corners as it will spill out when rolled.
Carefully roll the spinach and the ingredients on it and cook for 25 minutes.
Remove the rolls and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
