Spinach Pancakes

Join us in preparing a delicious meal called spinach pancakes.

Ingredients :

  1. Chopped spinach: 520 grams
  2. Wheat flour: 50 grams
  3. Egg yolk: 1 piece
  4. Pasteurized milk: 2 cups
  5. Vegetable butter: 1 tablespoon
  6. Wholemeal flour: 1 tbsp
  7. Grated gouache cheese: 30 grams
  8. Chopped chicken ham: 40 grams
  9. Chopped mushrooms: 40 g
  10. Oil: 2-3 tablespoons
  11. Small tomatoes: 2-3 pieces
  12. Small boiled potatoes: 6-5 pieces
  13. Salt: As needed

 

Preparation method:

This food has pancakes and ingredients in it, which means you have to mix and cook a series of ingredients and put them in cooked pancakes.

To prepare the ingredients inside the pancakes

Fry the whole wheat flour with melted vegetable butter a little. Then add half of the milk (150 ml) little by little and put the ingredients on the heat to get a homogeneous mixture. Add the chopped chicken ham and mushrooms and heat a little. Then add the cheese and mix all the ingredients and heat. Keep the ingredients warm.

To make pancakes

Cook the spinach for 2-3 minutes to remove excess water. Then let it cool. Add half the milk to the mixture of wheat flour, egg yolk and salt to get a smooth and smooth mixture. Then add the cooked spinach to the previous ingredients. This prepares the pancake batter.

Pour some oil (enough to grease the pan) in a non-stick pan. Then pour 3 tablespoons of the prepared pancake batter into the pan and turn the pan to spread the pancake batter on the surface of the pan. Heat it for a few minutes until slightly golden. Then fry the other side of the pancakes. Once the pancakes are ready, fold them and fill them with some ready-made ingredients.
