Spinach bread can be used as an evening meal or breakfast. This bread has many properties due to the use of spinach. Spinach has a soft and light texture that people of all ages can use. Perhaps one of the things that older people are upset about is that the breads they buy from the bakery can not be easily chewed, but spinach bread is not like this and because of its soft texture and lightness, they also like it. . To make this bread, you need ingredients such as milk, spinach, bread yeast, salt, sugar, butter and flour. The raw materials of this food are very low cost and high in properties. Iron is one of the nutrients needed by the body and its source can be spinach, which is completely natural and digestible. Spinach is one of the vegetables that is widely used in Iran. Ingredients
- Water: 2 glasses
- Milk: 1 glass
- Yeast: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 2 tablespoons jam
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon jam
- Melted butter: 2 tbsp
- Flour: 1 kg
- Ambient temperature butter: 2 tbsp
- Steamed spinach: 250 g
- Vanilla: To the extent necessary
- Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon
Preparation method:
Mix water, yeast and sugar.
Allow 15 minutes for it to swell (let the dough rest).
Add milk, salt and butter.
Then add the flour little by little to get a soft dough.
Now you have to cover the dough and let it rest for another hour.
Add the spinach to the boiling water, it should stay in the water for 3 minutes.
Drain the spinach and place in ice water.
Then mix the spinach until completely pureed.
After the dough is ready, rub the butter on it and knead it.
Now mix the dough with spinach.
Again you have to rest the spinach dough for half an hour.
Set the oven to 180 degrees to heat and place a bowl of water in the oven.
You can wipe the dough with egg yolk and a little breakfast cream.
Place the bread in the oven for 40 minutes until completely golden.
