- Flour, all-purpose: 1 cup
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon Powder: 1 tsp
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Whole milk: 1 cup
- Chicken eggs: 2 pcs
- Bread (each bread of your choice): 12 slices
How to prepare
Combine cinnamon, baking powder, sugar and flour in a bowl.
Combine vanilla extract, chicken eggs and milk in a 20 cm square dish.
Combine dry and wet ingredients. stir well.
Take a non-stick pan and heat it over a medium flame.
Dip each piece of bread into the dough and immediately place in a non-stick pan. Cook on each side for 5 minutes until browned. Serve the toast with powdered sugar or fresh cinnamon or maple syrup.
