- Melted butter: 100 g
- Coconut oil: 30 g
- Large eggs: 7 pieces
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Almond flour: 200 g
- Xanthan gum: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Turn on the oven. Set the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius or 355 degrees Fahrenheit to heat.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the coconut oil and melted butter to the egg bowl and continue stirring.
Gradually add the rest of the ingredients, namely almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder and salt. Continue stirring to thicken plain ketogenic bread dough.
Spread a greaseproof paper in the shape of 8 by 4 bread. Pour the bread dough into it and smooth the surface with a spatula or lychee.
Place the bread in the oven and let it bake for 45 minutes. (You can use a toothpick to make sure the bread is baked.)
Place plain ketogenic bread on the cooling rack so that all parts are cooled evenly. Then cut it into 16 pieces. You can store this bread in a sealed container, in the refrigerator for more than a week and in the freezer for up to a month.
