- Hardened yogurt : 1 cup
- White flour: 2 cups
- Baking Powder: 1.5 tablespoons jam
- Sugar: 1.5 cups
- Vanilla: A small amount
- Oil: half a glass
- Eggs: 4 pcs
How to prepare:
To make yogurt cake, first separate the egg whites and yolks.
Pour the sugar and oil into a suitable bowl and stir until the oil turns brown
Then add the egg yolks together with the vanilla and mix again to make a thick paste.
Beat the egg whites separately until they are firm
Then mix the baking powder with yogurt in another bowl and pour the yolk, oil and sugar into the bowl and then add the egg whites and mix the ingredients with a spoon in one direction.
At this stage, add the flour and mix the cake batter gently again
Then, in order not to stick to the mold after baking the cake and to separate it more easily from the mold, grease the bottom of the mold and then pour the yeast into the mold and put the preheated oven on 175 degrees Celsius.
Then put the mold in the oven for an hour to bake the cake and puff well.
Tips for making our cake more delicious
When baking yogurt cake inside the oven, try not to open and close the oven too much, because then your cake will swell.
