Ingredients Shrimp cutlet with tamarind sauce
- Shrimp: 150 grams
- Baked potatoes: 5 pcs
- Lemons: 1 pc
- Fresh ginger: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Freshly chopped coriander: 3 tablespoons
- Oil and salt: To the extent necessary
Ingredients for preparing tamarind sauce:
- tamarind: half a measure
- Boiling water: half a cup
- Small mango: 1 pc
- Spicy tomato sauce: 5 tablespoons
- Boiling water: 1/2 cup
First you have to put the shrimp with ginger, coriander seeds, boiled potatoes, lemon juice, salt and turmeric in a food processor and mix until all the ingredients are mixed together to form a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chopped coriander and stir.
Put a pan on the heat and pour some oil into it to heat.
Cut the meatballs to the size of a tangerine and smooth the surface by hand and place in a hot pan until both sides are browned.
Then pour the fried cutlets on a greased napkin to remove excess oil.

How to prepare tamarind sauce
Pour saffron in some boiling water and stir until it dissolves in water after a few minutes.
Then pass through a strainer to get the extract.
Then pour tamarind extract with tomato and mango sauce in the food processor and mix well to make a soft and smooth sauce.
