Shahi Paneer is a Pakistani-Indian dish that can also be prepared with tofu cheese to make it completely vegetarian. But meat was not used in its preparation.
- Tomatoes: 4 pcs

- Grated garlic: 4 cloves
- Powdered coriander seeds: 1 tbsp

- Liquid oil: 2 tablespoons

- Cream: 1/4 cup
- Chopped white feta cheese: 200 g

Pour some oil in a pan to heat. Then pour the chopped onions into it and fry until golden. After the onions are golden, add the chopped garlic and fry a little. Add red pepper powder, turmeric, cumin powder, salt and powdered coriander seeds to the fried onions and garlic and fry the spices in a little oil.
Then add the tomato puree to the fried onions and spices and let the tomato puree water evaporate. Then add water, sugar and chopped cheese along with salt to the rest of the ingredients and stir. But you have to stir so that the cheese is not crushed. After 10 minutes when the food steam has accumulated, add the cream and remove the food from the heat. This food should not be too firm or juicy. When serving, pour some chopped coriander on it and enjoy its delicious taste.
