How to prepare
We need a large bowl to start with. Now pour the ingredients, including cardamom powder, sugar, baking powder and half of the flour into a bowl and mix together. Add the milk and eggs to the ingredients and mix, and finally divide the butter into small pieces and add to the ingredients, preferably using a good electric mixer so that an almost uniform yeast is obtained. Now, using two tablespoons of water, dissolve the dough or yeast well, add it to the rest of the mixture and mix it with a good mixer. Then add the rest of the flour and mix well. Now knead the dough using your hands so that it no longer sticks to your hands; Sprinkle a little flour on the dough if necessary to prevent it from sticking.
Now cover the dough with a napkin و and leave it for one to one and a half hours to rise. Once the dough is ready, roll it into a baguette and cut it into small pieces, about the size of an egg, using a knife. Roll these pieces into a greased baking tray. Before we put the candy balls in the oven, we rub a little bit of an beaten egg on them to get a golden color.
Now place the bread in the preheated oven at 225 degrees and let it cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Note that the breads are ready as soon as they are slightly golden. Now take out the breads and let them cool. After cooling, cut the top of the sweets and empty them inside and set aside. We keep the ingredients we take out of the breads, because we use them for the ingredients inside the sweets.
