Ingredients for making sausage roulette dough:
- Flour: 2 cups
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Eggs: 1 piece
- Oil: 1.5 tablespoons
- Warm water: 1/3 glass
- Warm milk: 1/3 glass
- Sausages: as needed
- Mushrooms: in the required amount
- Pizza cheese: as needed
This dough does not need an instant yeast, so pour the flour with the eggs into a food processor or bowl and mix, then add salt, oil, milk and lukewarm water and start stirring until the dough thickens and a relatively soft dough is obtained. Knead the dough well for 10 minutes, then place it in a bowl and cover it with cellophane and rest in the kitchen for 1 hour.
