Satya is a food that is easily found everywhere in Indonesia. In fact, the different cultures in this country each have their own way of preparing this food. This dish is grilled chicken and tasted before grilling.
- Peanut Butter: A quarter cup
- Boneless chicken breast: 2 pieces (180 to 250 grams each)
- Garlic: 1 Piece
- Rice vinegar: 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Red Pepper Perch: Half a teaspoon
- Salt and black pepper powder: To the extent necessary
- Liquid oil: To the extent necessary
How to prepare:
First, peel the chickens and chop them vertically. Put the chicken slices in a bowl and knead with crushed garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper powder, salt and pepper. Then place the chicken slices vertically in the skewer.
To make the sauce, mix together the peanut butter, rice vinegar, the rest of the red pepper powder and 2 to 3 tablespoons of water. You can also use Asian barbecue sauce to serve this grilled chicken.
Place the grill pan or regular frying pan on a high flame. Pour some oil in it and put the fried chicken in it, fry the chicken on each side for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve grilled chicken with peanut sauce.
