How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 140 ° C and place the tray or frying pan in it. To flavor the meat, you can use a variety of spices such as sumac, marjoram, cinnamon, and turmeric. Also, using saffron gives your kebab a pleasant aroma and makes it more delicious.
Putting a few small sprigs of rosemary next to the meat gives a very good aroma to the kebab.
