Ingredients :

  • Zucchini: 1 pc
  • Potatoes: 1 piece
  • Broccoli: half a plant
  • Carrots: 1 pc
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese: 1 cup
  • Roasting powder: 1 cup
  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 1 piece

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grate zucchini, sweet potatoes, carrots and broccoli.

Pour them into a medium bowl, sprinkle with salt and stir.

Leave them for 20 minutes to drain.

Put the vegetables in a clean napkin and squeeze all the excess water out of the cloth.

Put the vegetables back in the bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil and eggs and stir.

Then take the size of a tangerine from the ingredients and stir in your hand. Then shape into cubes and place in a pre-greased baking tray.

Place the tray in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the vegetables are completely golden. In the middle of the cooking process, turn the bites over so that both sides are evenly browned.

You can serve this snack with your favorite sauce.
