Ingredients :

  1. Rice flour: 1 cup
  2. Liquid oil: 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar: 1 cup
  4. Water: 2 cups
  5. Cardamom: 1 teaspoon
  6. Rose: 1/2 cup
  7. Brewed saffron: 4 tablespoons
  8. Cinnamon powder and coconut powder: as needed

Recipes:

First, mix the sugar and water together and pour it into a bowl, stir until a little sugar dissolves, then put it on the heat to melt the sugar. Finally, add cardamom and saffron to it and stir, and after it becomes a little thick. Remove from heat.

Then sift the rice flour and fry it in the pan without adding oil. The flour should not change color at all. Once it smells raw, it is enough. Then remove from the heat and wait for it to cool, then 2-3 times. Sift to lighten.

Then pour the flour into the pan and add the oil and fry the flour a little with oil and stir so that the flour does not become lumpy. When it is smooth, put the syrup next to your hand and add it to the ingredients little by little and stir.

Stir the halva until it reaches the desired concentration. It should be gathered in the middle of the dish or so-called cradle. When it reaches this stage, remove from the heat and pour into a dish of Pyrex and sprinkle cinnamon and coconut powder on it. Cut the shape of a rhombus, or you can pour it into a silicone mold and mold it, or shape it into a spindle in your hand and pour rosemary or cinnamon on it.
