Rice and soy with carrots is one of the essential foods and a diet that helps your health a lot and allows you to maintain your fitness.
- Coarse soy: 150 g
- Liquid oil: To the extent necessary
- Chopped onion: 5 to 6 tablespoons
- Turmeric: 1 tsp
- Black pepper: a half teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom: 10 pieces
- Ginger powder: 1 teaspoon
- Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
- Salt: To the extent necessary
- Water saffron: 1 teaspoon
- Medium carrots: 3 pcs
How to prepare:
Soak the soybeans in lukewarm water for 2 hours. Then pour in the drain. Now, in a suitable pot, pour some liquid oil and put it on the stove and fry the soy in it.
After 5 minutes, add the onion and fry it a little.
Then add the spices, cardamom and tomato paste to the soybeans and after 3 minutes, pour some water into the pot so that the water covers the soybeans.
Now turn down the heat to cook the soy.
Finally, add salt and saffron until the water reaches a measure. Now chop the carrots and fry them in a little oil until soft.
Now mix all the ingredients with the rice and cook it for 30 minutes.
Then put the rice in a suitable dish.
