Ingredients :

  1. Rice: 3 cups
  2. Mushrooms: 500 g
  3. Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
  4. Onions: 1 large
  5. Butter: 50 grams
  6. Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  7. Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  8. Barberry: 1/4 cup
  9. Salt, pepper, spices and cumin: as needed

Pre-soak the rice with some salt and put it on the heat and take the foam on the rice. When the rice is soft, drain it and slice the potatoes and soak them in sesame, then pour oil on the bottom of the pot and put the potatoes.
