This Indian vegetarian dish is similar in appearance to pizza. Of course it does not have pizza cheese. But if you like, you can also pour a little pizza cheese on the pizza ingredients. Most importantly, this vegetable pizza is prepared without an oven.
- Pizza dough: 500 g
- Grated carrots: 1 pc
- Red onion: 1 pc
- Tomatoes: 1 pc
- Chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
- Grated garlic: 3 cloves
- Salt and pepper: To the extent necessary
How to prepare:
Buy pizza dough or make your own at home. Spread the dough and divide it into 5 equal parts (you can mold with the help of a glass).
Pour the chopped vegetables over the breads and press lightly with your hands to get some of the ingredients into the dough. Dip one foot into warm olive oil or liquid oil.
Grease the inside of the pan and put it on a medium heat. Put the breads in the pan and after one side of the bread is baked and golden, turn it over so that the other side is a little toasted.
Put the pizzas in a bowl and serve with the desired sauce and seasonings. (You can also use other vegetables such as bell peppers, grated green squash, mushrooms, etc.).
