  • Warm milk: 1 glass
  • Lukewarm water: 1 glass
  • Sugar: 1 glass
  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Dough: 1 tablespoon
  • Walnut: In the desired amount
  • Chopped dates: a few
  • Date juice: 3/4 glass
  • Raisins: 3/4 cup
  • Coconut powder: 2 tablespoons

How to prepare

Wash and dry the raisins, mix with a little flour.

Mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and then sift.

Chop the dates and separate the kernels.

Heat the milk, add the batter and a tablespoon of sugar and stir to work.

Mix the water, sugar, juice and coconut powder until the sugars are completely dissolved, then add the warm milk mixture and then slowly add the flour mixture and stir to dissolve the flours.
