Rago Meat

rago Meat is one of the delicious foods of the French people.

ingredients :

Thigh meat: 300 g

Potatoes: 3 pcs

Oil: To the extent necessary

Carrots: 3 pcs

Salt and pepper: To the extent necessary

Medium onion: 3 pcs

Green beans: 200 g

Tomato paste: 1 tbsp

Turmeric: half a teaspoon

Water: 2 glasses

How to prepare:

First, chop three medium onions and pour in a large frying pan containing hot oil to soften the onion a little.

Then add 300 grams of sliced thigh meat to the softened onion and fry all the ingredients together. To change the color of the meat and drain the water. Then add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the ingredients and add half a teaspoon of turmeric, and finally add 2 glasses of water and close the lid of the pan to cook the meat over a low heat.

At this stage, we clean 3 carrots and wash and ring them, we also clean the green beans and cut each one to the size of a fingernail and add the chopped carrots and beans to the meat in the frying pan. Cook all ingredients together.

Finally, peel the potatoes and chop them into large or small pieces and put them in a frying pan to cook the potatoes. This feed should have as little water as possible at the end. After the food is cooked and the water evaporates, our food is ready to serve.
