Quesadilla Chicken is a popular Mexican delicacy that is spicy because of the pepper it contains. Join us in preparing this dish.
- Boneless chicken breast: 3 number
- Large onion: 1 number
- Grated cheddar cheese: one and a half cups
- Spicy sauce: in the desired amount
- Capsicum: 1 number
- Butter: For frying
- Mexican cornbread: a few number
To begin with, we had to completely peel the chicken breasts and make them boneless.
At this stage, season with spices (pepper powder, cumin, salt).
In a frying pan over medium heat, pour a little olive oil or frying oil and fry both sides of the chicken, when it is completely fried, remove from the heat until it is completely fried.
If you have onions and bell peppers, cut them both and fry them in a frying pan until golden.
Cut the fried chicken into small pieces
Grease the pan completely with butter and put the cornbread in the pan with a gentle heat and fill the bread completely with cheddar cheese, pour the pepper and onion that we had previously fried on the cheeses and add it to the hot sauce. We taste more or less as desired.
Pour some chicken pieces on the ingredients and add cheese on them again and put the second cornbread on them.
When it is fried and the cheese is melted and sticky, turn it over so that the other side is also fried.
When it is completely fried on both sides, remove from the heat and let it cool down a bit, and cut and decorate as desired.
