Today we are going to teach you a very nutritious and delicious soup called quail soup.
Ingredients:
- Quail: 2 pcs
- Butter: 50 g
- Onions: 1 pc
- Carrots: 1 pc
- Potatoes: 1 pc
- Oatmeal: 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric, salt and pepper: To the extent necessary
- Aromatic vegetables (parsley or coriander): 1 tbsp
- Fresh lemon juice: To the extent necessary
- Noodles (vermicelli): To the extent necessary
- Tomato juice and paste: To the extent necessary
Preparation method:
Step 1: Cook the quail meat
Chop the onion finely. Pour some butter into the pot and fry the onion a little until it is just a little soft.
Roast the quail in the onion until fragrant. Add a little turmeric.
Pour a little water into a saucepan and let the quails cook on a low flame for about 5 hours.
After the water boils, add the pre-washed oatmeal to the quails to cook.
Chop the carrots and after the quail meat is half cooked, add it to cook together.
After the quail meat is cooked, take it out of the pot and after it has cooled down a bit, separate the meat from the bones. Put the quail meat back in the pot.
Step 2: Add other ingredients to the quail soup
Chop the potatoes finely and add to the ingredients in the soup 30 minutes before the quail soup is ready, along with the tomato juice and a little paste.
15 minutes before cooking the soup, add a little noodles (vermicelli) into the soup.
Finally, add chopped fragrant vegetables (coriander or parsley) to the soup.
Pour a little fresh lemon juice into the soup and drink.
Important Notes :
For the baby, you can pour this soup in the mixer so that it is easier to eat and does not need to be chewed, and the taste of all ingredients is well combined.
In addition to chicken broth, you can also use chicken broth in this soup to make it both thicker and taste better.
It is better to choose quail breast for this soup.
For a better taste of the soup, you can also add a little cumin powder and peas.
It is better not to use turmeric and salt for soups for children under one year.
