- Stew meat: 300 grams
- Pumpkin: 1 kg
- Onion: 2 pcs
- Bukhara plums: 100 grams

Method of preparation:

Add saffron dissolved in boiling water to flavor the meat during cooking.
While the meat is cooking, wash the plums well and soak them in water for half an hour. In the final stages of cooking the meat, add the plums along with the tomato paste.
