- White flour: 2 cup
- Warm milk: half a cup
- Baking powder: one and a half teaspoons
- Sugar: half cup
- Eggs: 1 number
- Vanilla: a teaspoon
- Liquid oil: one-third of the cup
- Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
- Sugar and cinnamon for cooking: half cup
- Cinnamon powder: 1 tbsp
- Salt: To the extent necessary
How to prepare:
To make squash puree puree, pour two tablespoons of sugar and a glass of water over the squash pieces and let it boil then allow time to cook.
Then mix the eggs, prepared puree, milk and sugar, vanilla and oil. Finally, add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sifted salt in three steps to the initial mixture and mix until smooth.
Grease the mold with a little oil and pour the mixture into the molds and place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Finally, you can use a mixture of sugar and cinnamon to decorate your donuts.
