- Minced chicken breast: 500 g
- Large onion: 1 piece
- Fresh lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Grated lemon peel: To the extent necessary
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Brewed saffron: To the extent necessary
- Aromatic vegetables: 1 to 2 teaspoons
- Salt, red pepper and black pepper: To the extent necessary
- Butter: To the extent necessary
In the first step, you have to grate the onion and separate its water.
Combine chicken breast with onion puree and add a little grated lemon peel.
Add saffron, salt, pepper, olive oil, fragrant vegetables and lemon juice to the meat and then knead all the ingredients together for 5 minutes.
Cover the material with plastic wrap and then place in the refrigerator and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
After the meat has elapsed and flavored, skewer them.
When skewering, make sure that you do not eat more than 70 to 80 grams of ingredients, as it will increase the diameter of the kebab.
