Wash the potatoes and cook in some water. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper and puree the garlic. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces.
Beat the cooked potatoes hot until they are completely crushed, then add milk and cream to it and mix until a soft and tender puree is obtained. Now that it has cooled a little, add the chopped parsley along with the salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
At this stage, fry the onion in a suitable pan in oil until golden, then add garlic and spices and fry a little.
