Today we want to teach you a delicious food called potato cracker. You can change the ingredients inside the potato cracker to your liking. Some people roll and fry cracker potato dough in breadcrumbs without intermediates.


  • Medium potato: 3 pieces
  • Eggs: 2 pieces
  • Minced meat: 150 grams
  • Chopped peppers: one
  • Chopped mushrooms: 4 pieces
  • Tomato paste: one tablespoon
  • Baked flour: To the extent necessary
  • Onion: one
  • Salt, pepper and spices: To the extent necessary

Preparation method:

Boil the potatoes, then grate or grind them. Add eggs, salt, pepper and spices, mix well and set aside.

For the middle ingredients, first chop the onion and fry in oil. Add the minced meat to the onion and fry. Add spices and pepper and stir. Then add the bell peppers, mushrooms, spices and black pepper. Stir and fry the ingredients.

Finally, add the tomato paste and salt. Once the ingredients are drained, remove them from the gas. You can also add pizza cheese to the middle ingredients.

Take a spoonful of the dough and spread it on your hands. We put the middle ingredients that we have prepared in the middle of it and collect them by hand.

Mix one egg with 2 tablespoons of milk. Roll the crackers first in white flour, then in a mixture of eggs and milk and then in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil and place them on a napkin to remove excess oil.

Potato crackers can be served both hot and cold.
