It is one of the delicious Iranian dishes that the people of Shiraz prepare. Pomegranate soup is suitable for Yalda and Durahmi nights. In different parts of Iran, this soup is prepared, which in some cities uses a variety of beans or semolina, but in Shiraz, this soup is made of split pea and rice. Pomegranate soup is prepared with meat and decorated with pomegranate seeds and hot onions. If you do not have meat available, remove the meat. This soup is so delicious that you can add it to your diet along with other soups.

- Vegetable soup: 500 grams
- Pomegranate juice: 4 glasses
- Pomegranate paste: 1/3 cup

After adding the pomegranate juice, you should add the smooth pomegranate paste (pomegranate paste is optional, but it is recommended not to remove it), then measure the salt of the soup and let the soup settle well.
Grate the onion and take the extra water, then mix it with the minced meat and add a little salt, black and turmeric and knead, then make small dumplings and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour, then fry in hot oil. .
When the stew is completely thickened and set, add 2 ounces of hot mint to the stew and add the fried stir-fried meat and give it for another 10 minutes, then remove from the heat and pour into a serving dish and place on it. Train to your liking.
