If you have a vegetarian diet but are tempted by watching chicken and meat nuggets and their appearance, we suggest you try the vegetable nugget.
- Chopped spinach: 50 g
- Feta cheese: 100 g
- Potatoes: 200 g
- Corn: half a measure
- Cooked peas: a quarter cup
- Mashed carrots: half a cup
- Hot onion: 3 to 4 tablespoons
- Baking powder: To the extent necessary
- Salt and garlic powder: To the extent necessary
- Red sauce: To the extent necessary
To make this delicious nugget, first cook the potatoes and then puree them without adding any spices. Then mix the mashed potatoes with the cooked peas and mashed carrots and stir well. Or in a food processor. Pour and mix all ingredients together.
Then add corn, cheese, hot onion, spinach, salt, pepper and garlic powder and put in the food processor until all ingredients are well blended.
Cut the smooth puree into small balls and smooth the surface by hand and roll it in breadcrumbs. Then fry it in sesame or olive oil. Put it on an oiled napkin to remove the excess oil. Serve the prepared nuggets with a little red sauce.
If you want your nugget to have a different color and surface, you can use vegetables such as parsley or onion. Just saute 50 grams of these vegetables and add them to the combination of sauteed potatoes and carrots.
