Pita bread is a type of Lebanese bread that has a special place in the Arab world and the Middle East. In addition to the fact that pita can be used in the preparation of various sandwiches such as falafel sandwiches, this bread is served alone and roasted. All you have to do is cut the pita bread into triangles with a few slices, mix it with olive oil and the desired spices. Then spread on an oven tray and place in the oven or fry it in oil. You can enjoy crispy pita bread with hummus, yogurt or any other food.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes, then grease a bowl and put the dough in the bowl and cover the bowl with cellophane and rest for about 1 hour in a warm place to double the volume of the dough (you can put it in the microwave or oven for a few minutes Turn on to heat, then place the dough bowl in a warm environment).
After resting, divide the dough into 8 equal parts, sprinkle flour on the work surface and open the dough in turn to a width of 20 cm (to prevent the dough from drying out during work, cover the dough with cellophane). When you roll out the dough, turn on the oven at 250 C to heat.
Place the loaves on a baking tray and place on the middle floor. Wait for the breads to puff, then quickly remove the loaves from the oven.
