Persimmon Cake

Persimmon is one of the delicious and popular fruits of autumn, which is rich in vitamins. Ingredients :

  • Eggs: 3 pcs
  • White flour: 2 cups
  • Liquid oil: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 2/3 cup
  • Baking powder: 2 tablespoons jam
  • Pureed persimmon: 3 pcs
  • Walnut: ½ Glass
  • Nutmeg: Teaspoon

Preparation method:

Beat the sugar and liquid oil with a mixer until light.

Then add the eggs one by one and beat each egg for about 1 minute.

Add nutmeg as well.

Mix the flour and baking powder together and add the above ingredients.

Finally, mix the mashed persimmon and chopped walnuts with the icing.

Cover the bottom of a 23 cm mold with straw or greaseproof paper and pour the icing into it.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
