- Olive oil: 3 tbsp
- Mushrooms: 3 large
- Chopped basil: 30 g
- Tomatoes: 2 large
- Lettuce: 25 g

Method of preparation:
Drain the penne after cooking. Put the sliced mushrooms in olive oil for a minute on high heat, then add the tomatoes and salt to taste. At this stage, basil is also added.
Now penne into the pan and add the fresh lettuce after a few swings, and of course we don’t let the lettuce see too much heat, because as soon as it is on the heat for thirty seconds, that’s enough.
Now it’s time to put the penne on a plate and serve with Parmesan cheese.
Tip: To cook the penne, use oil and salt as much as possible so that they do not stick to each other and last.
