Today we are going to teach you a very delicious dessert called pear and ginger pudding. Join us in this tutorial.
- Melted butter: 55 g
- Yeast flour: 55 g
- Sugar: 55 g
- Large eggs: 1 pc
- Ginger: 1 piece
- Oranges: 1 pc
- Ripe pears: 1 pc
- Golden syrup or ginger syrup: a little
First prepare two greaseproof papers for the top of the pudding. Place two cups of tea or a bowl of Ramkin on top of the papers. Draw a line around it and then cut the circles out of the line. Grease one side of the paper with butter, as well as the inside of the cups.
Pour the flour, sugar, butter and eggs into the food processor and beat well until it becomes a smooth dough. Chop the ginger and add. Grate the oranges and add to the dough. Then press the button once or twice to combine slightly. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into 1 cm pieces.
Pour a little golden syrup or ginger syrup into the bottom of each cup, then fill each cup halfway with chopped pears. Pour the dough evenly into the cups. Then gently place a greaseproof paper on top of the dough and press lightly.
Place the cups in the microwave and cook on high power (100%) for 4 minutes, until the dough is spongy. Allow the puddings to cool for a few minutes, then carefully turn them over and enjoy the delicious taste of the hot pudding.
