How to prepare
Take the panna cotta out of the box in a mold and cut two slices out of it and pour it into a pot that you put on the heat and stir it and let it melt completely. Then add the gelatin and stir.
Powder the sponge cake and pour it into a bowl and pour the mixture of panna cotta and gelatin into it and mix well.
Put a sheet of oil in a container and pour the resulting mixture on it and spread it with a knife on the surface of the container and flatten it and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Put the chopped walnuts and sliced almonds in a pan and fry them a little.
Pour the sugar into another pan and after the sugars are caramelized, add the cream and butter and let the cream and butter melt, then mix the mixture well.
Remove the panna cotta mixture from the refrigerator and pour the sugar, cream and butter mixture over it and smooth the surface, then pour the walnuts and sliced almonds over it and put it in the refrigerator again for an hour. After an hour, put it. Take it out of the fridge and transfer it to your serving dish and enjoy eating it.
