Nescafe Sweets

ingredients :

  • For sweets:
  • Nescafe powder: 1 tablespoon jam
  • Butter: 100 g
  • Egg yolk: 1 pc
  • Sugar powder: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla: the tip of a teaspoon
  • Flour: One and a half cup
  • For filling:
  • Cream: 100 g
  • Chocolate: 100 grams

How to prepare:

To make a Nescafe cake, first use an electric mixer to bring the butter to room temperature and mix the powdered sugar well until the cream is colored and fluffy. Then add the egg yolks and vanilla and stir.

At this stage, add Nescafe powder to the butter mixture, powdered sugar, egg yolk and mix well.

Now, little by little, add the flour step by step to the mixture that you made in the previous step and mix well to get a soft and one-handed dough.

Now refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes to rest and cohesive.

After this time, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Now sprinkle a little flour on the surface of the kitchen counter and use a rolling pin to open the dough to a suitable thickness. Then mold using a circular cutter. Then cut the molded dough in half so that two semicircles are obtained. Line the bottom of the oven tray with greaseproof paper and place the molded sweets in the appropriate space.

From about 15 minutes before, turn on the oven at 160 degrees Celsius to heat. Then place the sweets in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes to cook well.

After this time, take the sweets out of the oven and let them cool.

To make a Nescafe sweet filling, first pour the cream into a suitable bowl, place on a gas flame and stir until smooth. Then divide the chocolate bars into small pieces and add to the cream and stir until the chocolates are melted and mixed with the cream. Then turn off the gas and let the mixture cool a bit, then put it in the refrigerator until it hardens. Then remove the filling material from the refrigerator and stir with a mixer to form.

Now place some of the formed filling material between the two pieces of sweets. To do this, you can use a funnel and a tube. Keep doing this until you fill all the sweets with ganache.
