If you are from Mamak, you must be familiar with Nasi Goreng. Food that can be very spicy or slightly spicy depending on the type of cooking.

This Indonesian and Malay dish is famous all over the world and has many fans.The food is prepared very quickly by roasting vegetables and some rice, and finally it is completed with eggs.


Oil: 2 tbsp

Onion: 1 small number

Garlic: 2 number

Carrots: 1 number

Green word: 1/2 small number

Brown rice: 175 grams

Soy sauce: 1 tbsp

Eggs: 1 number

Chili sauce: Optional

How to prepare

Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat. Put the onion in a frying pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and fry for another minute.

Add the carrots and cabbage and fry for another 1 to 2 minutes. Add the cooked brown rice and fry a little with the rest of the ingredients.

Add soy sauce and some salt and pepper to the ingredients. Dig between the material and break the egg in this section. Cook the eggs until they turn white.

Pour the food into a large bowl and place the chicken eggs on top. If you want, serve it with chili sauce.

You can also taste this rice with fried or boiled chicken. You can also use ready-made Nasi Goreng spices for a better flavor.
